Yep, this has been one of my stock investment strategies. Buy into a good company having a bad time. Never a bad company having a good time. Examples are GM, Ford, BP, MTW, USB and - KOSS. Altho there are a couple (Nokia being one) that have not worked out, 75% - 80% have. Actually, if you run a 50 - 50 split, in the aggregate, you come out way ahead. The losers should be sold at a strategic time to help offset capital gains taxes. Koss will fit that strategy as good as BP fits it. As they gain more exposure I expect to see KOSS become more of the "headphone" to have. Let Skullcandy own the low end market. The margins are in mid to high end. Just hoping to see KOSS on the shelves of Best Buy again. KOSS latest market stratagy looks good to me.... This is a Strong Buy. As I am already invested at 8% of my portfolio, I am holding and enjoying the great yield. The dividend looks well protected.
Thanks for the post. I couldn't agree more!
Somebody else must agree with you; Today's volume is extremely high relative to the last several year's trading. I will be looking at the insider trading tomorrow to see if anyone is increasing their position.
