Does ULTR have the worst conference calls of any company that is public?
I listen to over 20 conference calls a quarter. No other company takes so much time to say so little, I can no longer stomach ULTR wasting my time. Anyone ever heard another company that says so little, takes so few questions and does not seem to care what their investors want to know?
Their conference calls could only be worse than they currently are if they made you pay to access them (which would probably bring more revenue than their Ocean business). As it stands though, yes, they are the worst and they are free.
Very frustrating. Yet, actually, they seem somewhat typical of very small companies in their reporting. Good analysts (who are scarce in coverage of little companies) make conference calls much more helpful because they ask the salient questions. Companies more experienced in reporting know what questions analysts will ask and prepare for them. ULTR doesn't anticipate what investors want to know from the conference call.
