Creamcream, I would have done the same thing, except that I was busy elsewhere. This is an over-reaction to China worries and the Chevron spill accusations. Tankers globally appear to be bottoming. That doesn't mean a quick ascent, but it means ULTR will stay afloat long enough to profit from all the money headed to Brazil. If you stay up until the wee hours and listen to international business television, Brazil is still a focus for a lot of money.
