Yes, ULTR "should" be at 5 dollars a share in my view. And, will be soon enough for me an investor not a trader.
As I said, this stock "should" be at 5 dollars a share with knowing they will have revenue of aprox. $400 million in 2013. As the facts come in each quarter we will get there. No one can know when a stock will finally take off. However, as revenue, EBITDA, P/E...etc comes in we will finally see how far off the one and only analyst is by only predicting $295 Million. For what purpose do those of you serve when suggesting anything else but this positive "gauranteed" outcome for 2013?
At the beginning of next year South America will begin harvesting an enormous crop of soy with a strong export demand that will help alleviate the tight global supply, following the severe drought suffered in the Americas.
In this scenario Oil World estimates Argentina's soy crop to increase 38 percent to 56 million tons from the 40.5 million tons of 2012, while Brazil is expected to harvest 82 million tons compared to this year's 66.4 million tons, MercoPress reported.
Brazil and the United States lead the soybean market, with Argentina the immediate third major exporter of the commodity.
Other South American countries soybean crops are also expected to be bountiful, the study said, citing expected output in Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay.
Seriously, Jeffries will have to explain how someone like myself can predict a more accurate revenue for 2013 for ULTR. ULTR's one and only analyst who works for Jeffries suggests $295 mill in revenue for 2013. Its there in black and white....how ULTR will attain aprox. $400 mil. in revenue for 2013.
1. Minimum of $135 mil for 2013 for ULTR's offshore division..gauranteed! Base upon 11 ships already located (no positioning costs) thus costs all costs will be prior to 2013. and 1 more ship in early 2013
2. Minimum of $65 mil for 2013 gauranteed...based upon 2011's revenue.
3. Minimum $195 mil for river business based upon a record soybean crop and base upon a record number of barges sold.
Look at the numbers in 2011for river, offshor and ocean......2013's revenue will be significantly closer to my predition than the Jeffries prediction...mark my words!
