Future P/E of ULTR will set the next stock price.

ULTR will be able to "earn" between 20 to 40 mil on a yearly basis within a one year period. This will put their P/E well under Ten. Similar water transportion companies in the same business (offshore, barging) have P/Es well over twenty. Just with a P/E of 20 the stock price should be double of where it is at now.

Here is why these earnings will be recognized within one year:
    1. Refinancing debt at a significantly lower rate saving aprox 10-15 mil in interest
    2. All offshore ships and contracts will be producing minimum of 60 mil in EBITDA
    3. River business with all new contracts will be producing over 50 mil in EBITDA
    4. Ocean business....EBITDA? At least profitable? Or sold off...reducing liabilities?

Taking into account...ULTR's future growth percentage as compaired to similar complanies...they can easily justify a P/E of 30 or more.

I have no worry about where ULTR's stock price will be within 1 year from now. I don't trade this stock....I just buy more and more....knowing it can easily double in price when the proper P/E is put in place. "Time is on my side."

ULTR's EBITDA for 2013 will be over $90 Mil.......It is very easy to figure out by the conference call and the slideshow.....where ULTR will be by the end of the year. Very easy to put the numbers together and come up with $90 Mil in EBITDA for 2013. Net debt now down %41 and Debt to capital 1.08. All that one can truly complain about is ULTR's past.....their future is a "given". The numbers by the end of the year will be solid proof of their ability to make a profit. You then figure in their ability to maintain growth and their enterprise value....this stock is now way undervalued. I am buying buying buying..
...hope it keeps going down...I will be very well off by the end of the year
