    If you're asking about the market who knows...if you're asking about RVT it will continue to go down due to it's policy of paying out 10%...the stocks in it's portfolio are not growing at that amount and they are leveraged thus this one will be a liquidating fund going forward. You're not getting a 10% return...you're getting a return of capital. Given the leverage the stocks in the portfolio need to gain 15% per year just to pay the dividend, the preferred stock dividend and fees...it's not doing that.

    I've held this one since the initial offering and am hoping to liquidate on strength.....it's trading at a large discount to NAV...it used to trade at a premium...

    Look at it this way the market is down 8% or so from it's all time high...RVT is down 25%
