The only ones who make money on these kind of law suits are the lawyers.
Your right! The lawyers are the ones that make out. In the end any settlement comes out of the corporation. Who owns the corporation. Shareholders. Du!Class action lawsuits IMO, is just ponsi scheme for attorneys to make a killing.
