    Value Oriented Investors

With the FPL dividend increase announcement on
record it now appears that value oriented investors are
starting to recognize that any price in the low 50's is a
bargin for this stock. I also notice that, with the high
tech stocks losing favor today, flight to quality
buyers are still alive and well! At 1:30 today FPL stock
    traded up 2 at 53.

    Good Luck To All

    • bought FPL in early 90s in mid20s, since it has
been both a income generator and a capital
appriciation am increasing my holdings (as have many times
      over the years on dips)
      My only concern is when
the nuclear plants are at the end of the life-cycle
how does FPL plan to absorb the closure cost?
      Also
any one heard of any generating plants either on the
drawing boards or be built to compensate??
