    Can We Break Resistance?

Greetings and hope all is well with the posters on this quiet board.

Well, we are within "earshot" of the 8.96 high. Can we break through, and break through convincingly? This may be an important test for the next six months or so.

As the chart shows clearly--we have been flatlining here for for quite some time. I am not technician, but if we can't break through here--there seems to be a chance we will roll over. I hope it is the former.

    Best,

    Howie

P.S. I still find the sales of insiders quite dicouraging, though other institutions appear to be making up for a chunk of the distribution by owners.

    • Greetings Sir Howie-
It appears that we did today, albeit short lived! Re:insider selling:Have had similar experience with CULS(bought 20 Feb 04 @ 3.65), but still hanging in. I'm more into "Warren Buffett" mode(buy and hold). Best of luck to you.

      • Greeting Slocal!

Nice to hear from you. Yes, I saw us bounce. It makes me wonder who dumps everytime we hit a high?

I am not selling as of it, but I will monitor the situation.

This is an interesting balance in a portfolio. It's relatively recession proof, and if the housing market tanks, they benefit from a swing back to apartments...the drawback, per earlier comments, is that their last EDGAR statement shows the debt that they will be servicing in coming years. . . well, the banks lent it, so I guess they reckon it will be serviced!

        Best wishes,

        Howie
