Triumph Management Telling Certain Employees Lay-off (Jeff, Stuckey, Hasting)
Management has approached their friends to inform them that Wednesday January 9, 2013,Seventy-five hourly union employees will receive their notice and go out the door Friday January 11, 2013, and another seventy-five the following Wednesday January 16, 2013 and going out the door Friday January 18, 2013.
Lay-off list posted 1/2 hour ago listing 75 employees last day of work Friday. Interesting knew about this last week the games management play. At least Hasten, Mike and Scott let us know seems like they might be afraid of their jobs and now backstabbing Parker. Management informed uss we have delivered all Horizontals on time, Parker forgot to mention only approxiamtely 75% complete, You can only lie so long, Boeing will realize it now is affecting their schedule and Triump will realize the cost factor. Lets not forget now MRP is turned off manufacturing is costing millions of dollars in scrapping of parts, rework etc, eventually we will run into a shortage and stop the line. Lets blame PCU now!
Hasten 2nd shift manager informed me today" Scott Stucky is out sick today with the flu but has heard from V.P. Parker that we will be laying off 1,600 people and people will be transfering over here from the Jefferson Facuility. It's great to work here!
Just talked to Hasten Manager second shift (Not sure on spelling) he informed me that we will be having massive lay-off Triumph has gone from a 8 day move rate to a 10 day move rate now 20 day move rate. This basically means from 52 units a year now to approximately 14 either customers are not buying 747's or we are going out of business. Showed me a list FTB will be built by China complete starting in February FTE March. This means all work will be outsource to China. Triumph really cares about union jobs!
Parking Stucky stated we have never delievered a Horizontal 100% complete, so your on time theory is a lie
Box, FTB,FTE, Horizontal employees setting the record streight
