Very unlikely, as Endo has assumed all developmental responsibilities related to the drug, I would imagine that BPAX had almost no say in the PDUFA date, heck if they wanted to Endo could withdraw the NDA just to screw BPAX and BPAX would not have any recourse. So to answer your question, no BPAX did not have any say, but if approved they will get a nice milestone :)
