Longs can make money with this stock

A buy out is very possible, even without NDA. Look at the VRUS buyout. Not even one phase 3!! and yet, $11 Billion market cap!!!!!!

With BPAX the buy out profile has been established by management. They have all other technologies licensed out.

BPAX ownes worldwide rights to Libigel. Safety has not been an issue for well over a year and for thousands of patients. Phase 2 efficacy was outstanding.

Shorts have been able to keep this stock low because large funds are restricted from buying in.

That's why the shorts are not scared - they can cover quickly with only retail participation.

    • BPAX does not own worldwide rights to Libigel, they own only US rights. AIS owns the other rights if I am not mistaken, therefore we owe AIS a royalty on any sales.... I still think that there will be a nice market for this drug, and if the ENDO drug gets approved, that would be a nice bonus. It looks like a promising month, and a promising year ahead :)

    • C'mon dude... keep it real! BPAX does NOT own worldwide rights to LibiGel, only the US and a few other countries. We're all long here, but lies don't help your case at all.
