if some one take over price about 12,but you donot see it , it will not for sell, that is a money tree, for long run ,if price over 20 that will be another story.but monday upside again, you will see over 4 soon.
If the buyout takes place before by the end of the year, the price could be anywhere between $4.00 to $6.00, but if it is later in 2013, it could be $8.00 or higher depending on the company revenue and earnings.
I am kind of a simpe guy at this game. I am thinking CEO Hong wants 50,000,000.00 in his bank account after the dust settles. Go backwards from there. He lives in a nice neighborhood, but that would make him uber rich and able to afford the 30 plus crowd.
I agree, but I don't know about the price. Good premium could be paid. I accumulated PCBC before their reverse split at around 26 cents or $26.00 post split. For several quarters despite positive earnings it traded below $30.00 and then it was boutht out for around $46 when it was trading at $30.00. Most my profits from PCBC were put in NLST for a repeat performance.
