I can't find the short volume for Newpark in July. Does anyone know whether it was up or down for this month?
It was in last week's issue of Barrons. If memory serves it was down about 20% from the preceeding month or about 600,000 shares. The remainder of those that are on the short side had better get their chickens in the barn.
Looked it up today and there were 3,020,000 shares short in June. In July the figure dropped 8.43% to app. 2,700,000 shares.
They'll be lots of interest, I would imagine.
