Buying some ELTK below $2.20. Hard to believe this one was over $4 a couple weeks ago on the favorable Q3 report. Way overdone then. Starting to look attractive now.
Q3 earnings of .06/share (factoring in the recent sale of 3.5M shares) vs. .02/share last year. Q3 revenues up 18%. The Nistec investment should give them a nice chunk of cash on the balance sheet, maybe over .50/share.
ELTK has talked in recent quarters about capacity constraints. With the Nistec investment and new management, I think revenues are only going to head higher. Perhaps significantly so. Earnings should follow. If they're successful at increasing gross margins, ELTK could post some huge EPS.
Like the risk/reward at these levels. I'll be accumulating on weakness. Don't think it would take much to spark another run to $3.
