    Disney Infinite disappointment

Below is a message the Disney infinity creators from my 9 year old daughter.

    Dear Disney Infinity creators:

Did you take ANY time really working on this game? I first got it on Wii, it did not work, it didn't even load. My Dad told me that this was a known problem for some early wii's that cannot read a double layer disk. I don't know what a double layer disk is, all I know is it did not work. Then we returned it for a Play station 3 version. Guess what? That did not work either. At first the sound did not work but my dad read about a fix for this problem on your website. We fixed the sound then it wanted to update the software, and it crashed. It crashed so hard, it wouldn't even load. We had to return the ps3 version too.

I am crushed. I waited all Summer for this and my parents even used getting this game to bribe to be good all summer. I kept my side of the bargin, why would you put out a game that doesn't work and break my heart? Is money all that matters to the mouse? I think so.

Please let me know when you guys can make a game that works.

Sincerely a crushed little girl and former Disney fan.

    • I did a check at my local target and there were many empty shelves for some of the different toys and mystery coin packs. The game ranks 5,6,7 in game sales this past week for the different systems. I don't know much about how good skylanders is, but I've talked to the worker at target about how Infinity is selling in comparison to Skylanders, and he says he thinks it is doing better than when skylanders came out and has more appeal because of all of the recognizable characters.

    • For the PS3 version you have to play it unconnected to the internet. Then it works
