Bought a 4 bedroom on triple lot for 70k last February. Turned it around for 169k this week after 20K remodelling job. Prices are finally becoming reasonable again in small town America. The HB will soon be able to build AND turn a profit in almost all of America. No housing bubble in small town America just in a few build-up areas that have little or no significance for much of the HB industry especially BZH. Opportunities are commencing for BZH and consortium. Definitely a Strong Buy for this sector.
