I bought a Beazer home in the Dallas area. Had it
built so I was able to watch the
construction.
No pride of workmanship.
No quality
control.
Cut corners at every opportunity.
Not nice people
to deal with.
Had to fight with them throughout
building stages to get what I was paying for.
Their
lawyers tried to strongarm me into signing a "keep mum"
document at closing.
Had to fight for warranty
repairs.
Home started to fall apart thye day I moved
in.
Need I go on......
On the one hand, I wouldn't
touch this stock with a ten foot pole.
On the
otherhand, if they can get away with all the bullshit they
practice they aught to be able to turn an above average
profit.
But then again. Those $'s probably go into some deep
pockets before the stockholders ever get a look at
them.
Thanks for listening. It's been a cathartic experience.
