Dividends - big announcement - no responce - what ?????
Hi Fellow Shareholders -
There was an announcement on 11/28/2012 that EQU would pay a quarterly dividend of $.05 starting Jan 1, 2013.

I wanted to get more info about this dividend (specifically the Jan 1 2013 payment date) so I wrote EQU at the e-mail address designated at their web site.

BTW - other shareholders have posted that they have received no response from the company about queries either - some e-mailed and some phoned
