Obama takes a tip on lying from GM
From now on, whenever you mean something is not gonna happen at GM, no way in hell, instead you can say, "it is positioned to happen." This is what GM loves to do and now Mr. Obama is borrowing the technique too:

We all know how to decode that. We will all know what you mean.* There's not a friggin' possibility on Earth that it could ever occur.
