ever hear of under-promise and over-deliver? It works very, very well for mgmnt of a public company. seen it and benefitted from it numerous times...usually with the same stock or stocks.
further, if you under-deliver the trial attorneys will be all over your #$%$!
those items were already announced so they will be a repeat, I do believe earnings will exceed estimates by a decent amount, I do not like to post high numbers as I would rather see them and let everyone be surprised but I am expecting a repeat of last quarter minus the loss of the UK business which is a one time charge. So the only catalysts I see are good earnings the rest is already in the market, I see BV increasing a little amount torn by increase earnings and write down on carrying basis of UK annuity business.
