All of that money wasted on Vezza -chinese car sales are surging
We step back and ask how in the world did these guys get onto the Board of Directors. We went back over the numbers and it is outrageous to have spent the amount of money that PAL poured into that dog. What we are investigating is whether or not the Board was directly involved in the aftermath finance offerings.
We cannot rationalize the money that was spent on Vezza. In fact we believe that shareholders are owed an independent analysis of the Vezza mine and property. Frankly, we think that Board members were simply gambling with shareholder money. Obviously, the Board does not comprehend dilution. They appear to be a band of immature drunkards, or worse, a band of criminals that were shoveling shares towards friends.
"We step back and ask how in the world did these guys get onto the Board of Directors."
Regardless of how they got on, whether they stay on is largely influenced by shareholders. Unless I see some real positives coming from NAP over the next two months, I will be taking the proxy seriously. If Vezza does turn out to be a dog, shareholders can vote a few of the gambling dogs off the board.
Rustycra - Agree, pirates get the booty during and after their drinking escapades, PAL shareholders got the Vezza shaft.
Like what the heck. We went back over the numbers - of money, time and effort..for what. Go back and listen to that moron Biggar. Why in the world was that guy hired? He lasted how long and how much damage did he do? I would love to get the minutes from the board meetings. Under Canadian law I think they are required to keep the minutes from their meetings. It appears that the Board is incompetent. Douchane is an idiot. Lets push him out of the way.
Frankly, one could replace the current board and watch the stock take off.
People that are hoping for a sale of Vezza are going to be sorely dissappointed. The mine is dog #$%$ from the dime a dozen that real gold miners never develop. They are going to throw our money away just to get it away from them...
I wholeheartedly agree! Bunch of dirty amateurs. Given spending expectations on LDI expansion, such goldbug spending was nothing short of reckless! Look no further than who they purchased mine from in the first place What did we think we could do that Agrico-Eagle couldn't. Overpaid at get go, and then plowed more in.. absolutely reckless!.
All this said, I do take umbridge with your "band of immature drunkards" comment...only cause that is more fitting for the pirates who are good guys and still coming! Aye!
