In an industry that is consistently short on product, with demand increasing, why would anyone sell thier shares for less than the market would pay. This stock has demonstrated by it's chart that it is capable of commanding much more than it's current market price. The way to drive up the price is to refuse to sell low.
This stock should be $5. +. At that level it no longer will be considered a penney stock which will allow funds and institutions to begin investing since they can't buy in below $5. That will increase volume as well as bring the share value more inline with where it should be based on demand for palladium.
