On the FlyerTalk board there is a Starwood company rep who participates. He often serves as an ombudsman for problems between the company and its customers.He addresses the allegations and confirms that no prices were doubled as alleged (with no proof, whatsoever) by the Capital Gang and other liars.Absent any proof to the contrary, I think someone owes someone an apology. I'm not holding my breath, though. Those who rush to judgement rarely have manners or class.
