Methinks this is a shakeout before earnings. Earnings is certainly a gamble but the private placement pricing is a sign of confidence imo. That is because it wasn't a massive discount . Wouldn't gamble anything but the tiniest of position but it could be a good payoff just because of what the earnings potential could be...could be 100%+ revenue gain from last quarter and could be 500% yoy. Numbers of that magnitude would sound good regardless of a small actual dollar amount. And it's hard to envision a really bad scenario...with all the "deals" that were inked there should be some good initial purchase orders that were booked over the quarter. ..so seems like the revenue gain should be positive qoq.
And with the cash infusion they stay alive yet another quarter. A lot of money has been pumped into this company since its inception and doesn't seem like it will die easy.
