At barely 1x revenue, the share price is excessively low if there is even modest top-line growth and reasonable profitability coming for FALC. Management and the BOD have not been able to buy shares in recent months given the inside knowledge they had and timing of events related to the SEC inquiry and Q1 and now Q2 earnings. Regardless of what the Q2 call reveals, I'd expect to see heavy insider buying coming now UNLESS they have no confidence of a pending turnaround. The stock should easily and quickly trade at 3x revenue once the turnaround shows and the company hits break-even. Or is the turnaround not coming?
Management and Board..... the ball is in your court. Show us you have faith in your plan. And by the way, a couple thousand shares is not indicative of anything. By meaningful insider purchases, I mean at least $100,000 per person.
If I saw any decent insider buying I would be surprised. This stock was a buyout candidate 10 years ago and they turned down an offer. What does the company have to offer now that would be of interest to a competitor-the space is much more competitive now than it was then. I am not sure it is even a good trading stock anymore. It is still priced way above book value. I hope shareholders can make something on this someday.
