Classic desperation move. $50K buy when his comp last year was $1.157 Million.
He buys 10,000 today, but SOLD 52,016 shares in the IPO at $15.
Great deal - sell $780,240 worth of stock to Muppets at $15, then buy back $50K worth under 6 bucks.
IMHO this is a token buy only, directed at "sending a message" to the market.
Same thing happened with ATPG before it went bankrupt - token buys to placate the bagholders.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
You really post a great deal of misleading information.
yes allows the CFO to say under oath "well i bought stock of course I thought we were solvent"
umm yeah whatever, he's cashed out millions already
i dont know. If i was short though i think i would cover
why didn't the CFO say that they weren't insolvent
on the conference call and press release they made no statement.
they appear to have no cash whatsoever
