Thank you for pointing me to that 8k. The fact she still appears on the company web site is rather disappointing. With the acceleration of the options and the vesting it sounds like they parted on very good terms, for her. Also the form 4 does indicate she make open market purchases.
This is an interesting situation but does anyone think a head of H R leaving is some harbinger of doom? Although it is somewhat odd. With all the major shareholders here on the Yahoo board I would think one of you would call IR and get the inside scoop. lol.
Calling shareholder relations is not the way to get the inside scoop. As a general rule they are trained to say nothing not in the regulatory documents and most don't honestly understand the business anyway. Follow workers leaving at lunch and eat where they do if you want to get the real scoop. Probably a dull story if the truth be known.
This sort of turnover isn't terribly uncommon but most companies kind of manage it to keep the bad press out.
You have a good point in regards I R. But sometimes if you have a relationship it can pay off. But in regards management turnovers, I ony see the 8K for Roland. Market is near the high of the day and actv is down almost 4%. A guy can get caught trying to catch the lows.
