Calling shareholder relations is not the way to get the inside scoop. As a general rule they are trained to say nothing not in the regulatory documents and most don't honestly understand the business anyway. Follow workers leaving at lunch and eat where they do if you want to get the real scoop. Probably a dull story if the truth be known.
This sort of turnover isn't terribly uncommon but most companies kind of manage it to keep the bad press out.
You have a good point in regards I R. But sometimes if you have a relationship it can pay off. But in regards management turnovers, I ony see the 8K for Roland. Market is near the high of the day and actv is down almost 4%. A guy can get caught trying to catch the lows.
