I remember the Super Washington Apples that I bought about 5 years ago. They were totally tasteless even though they looked wonderful. Turns out, everyone thought just like me and never bought them again. That 20 year experiment ended with them cutting down thousands of acres of trees. Talk about stupid.
Let's not forget the Super Tomatoes I bought at COSTCO a few years back. They also looked wonderful and even after a week at room tempature in the dark they looked just as juicy as the day I bought them. One bite and you knew the true meaning of taste. They tasted just like the elmers glue I used to use if first grade in school. I spit it out and never went back to COSTCO again.
Do those Super Pinapples come with a big S on the chest and a red cape?
