At $5000 per sub (low in my opinion) you have 5.5 million subs times 5k equals 27 and 1/2 billion.
If you subtract 19 billion to debt holders you still have 8.5 BILLION to equity holders. 408 million
public shares into 8.5 billion equals $20.83 per share. But that does not count PA's private shares
so lets double it to 816 million shares counting PA shares (estimate). Price per share still equals
$10.51 per share. Say imperfect markets lops $2 per share off price and we still have a fair value
of $8.51 per share which is exactly where I think we go for!!! But for kicks guess what price per
share is at $6k per share (that I think more represents fair value). Why price per share comes in
at $17.15 per share counting both public and private stake! Food for thought if your thinking about
shorting!!!
