Maybe the borrowers are the stupid ones. Speck builders help drive the price of homes through the roof. Just a regular cycle that goes up and down. Real estate will be a great value in a year or two, once the prices drop 25%. Now is a great time to build. Building prices coming down. Guess the real estate party is over and now its time to pay the fiddller!
