    Stubborn, dead stock

    Nothing matters to this stock other than bank settlements.

    Improving economy does not matter
    Improving debt markets do not matter
    Monetary policy does not matter

    This is one stubborn, dead stock that only responds to shock treatment

    Unbelievable!
