It is interesting to see that
actvist investor Robert Chapman surfaced on the AGO CC yesterday. As far as I can tell he has not been active since 2008. Prior to that he was prolific in stirring up things with his famous letters to management. I looked to see if he was a recent 13f filer but the last one I found was in 2008.
