Market Makers are spreading lies about ZNGA in order to drive the price down – it worked. But the conspiracy of price fixing, ticker painting is just that – illegal. All that investors can do is watch and call the SEC to report illegally trading with phantom trades between MM to give a false appearance of selling. The SEC is going to investigate these crooks and put someone in jail.
Jilted lovers are often quite bitter. Funny how you didn't complain when the stock was manipulated to the upside. I think you are better off addressing your complaints to Mr. Pincus and his cohorts directly. Anyone who does not understand that there is much push/shove/price rigging in a stock like ZNGA should stay out of the kitchen. There were any number of warning signs. Does much of this push the envelope of what is legal? It most certainly does, but don't rely on the SEC to take any action. They are busy watching porn, and if they weren't they would have to go after the Federal Reserve--the supreme price manipulator. If you are going to dally in a hype stock like ZNGA (with no physical product) you trust hard numbers and your instinct only. Most of the poster boys here can be ignored. Easy money is just that--too easy. Obviously, Pincus and members of the Brotherhood did not have the interests of shareholders at heart. Did you really think they would? It is all about greed, and many of those who have lost money were smacking their lips as well. You ignored many warning signs.
There's always one on every board. MY stock did not go the way I wanted it to.. M&Ms did this (maybe it was the red one "I'm sexy and you know it...I work out")....BOO HOO; I will call the SEC !!
