Facebook in negotiations to buy ZNGA
It's basically a no-brainer. ZNGA is beaten down below tangible book value. FB can buy it, fire all of its employees, sell its real estate (cut costs) and use its games for FREE!! Plus, it gets all that CASH!!! Cash to buy cash.... I love it.
