Let's get Real about 888Holdings and ZNGA potential ...

I think the propaganda written by bloggers attempting to spin this 888 Holdings press release as a move by Facebook as ridiculous ... let's review some very basic FACTS.

    1) Zynga Poker was the top grossing iPhone App in the UK for 2012
    2) Facebook has an agreement with Zynga that offers their real money gambling games on Facebook
    3) Facebook has a similar agreement (just announced) with 888 Holdings
    4) In September, Zynga hired (from 888 Holdings) Maytal Olsha to oversee gambling strategy and development

If you look at the numbers, it's just silly to even compare the two. Zynga already has over twice the players in the UK. Zynga has $1.3 Billion in cash and 888Holdings has $97 Million ... Zynga trades at a Price-to-Book ratio of 1.1x and 888Holdings at 5.0x ... Zynga will be on bwin and Facebook starting in early 2013 ... 888Holdings had a one-year return last year of 249% and trades at $120 above cash per share ... ZNGA had a one-year return of -75% and currently trades at .84 above cash per share ... 2013 will be the year for ZNGA ... they have the 888Holdings talent to get the program off the ground ... they have the partnership with bwin ... they will also be on Facebook with real money games in the UK ... they already have over twice the users as 888Holdings in the UK ... ZNGA has the resources, partnerships, and audience to become the global leader in online gambling, 888Holdings has $97 million ... I'de bet on ZNGA!!!!!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Since this has been burried in so many worthless posts, how about a fresh review for the trading week (btw, 888Holdings is up again today) ... the propaganda written by bloggers attempting to spin the recent 888 Holdings press release as a move by Facebook ts ridiculous ... let's review some very basic FACTS:

      1) Zynga Poker was the top grossing iPhone App in the UK for 2012
      2) Facebook has an agreement with Zynga that offers their real money gambling games on Facebook
      3) Facebook has a similar agreement (just announced) with 888 Holdings
      4) In September, Zynga hired (from 888 Holdings) Maytal Olsha to oversee gambling strategy and development. It's worth your time to Google Maytal Olsha.

• Just to be perfectly clear, I am not forgetting to put the decimal point in place ... 888Holdings is trading for $194 (One-hundred Ninety-four dollars) above cash per share and Zynga is trading for .84 (eighty-four cents) above cash per share ... and, in early 2013 the only difference will be that Zynga has three times the revenue, twice the players, and better partners ... oh, and their their most talented executive in now in charge of leading Zynga's move into real world gambling

Maytal Olsha, the former senior vice president of corporate and regulated markets at online gambling firm 888, is becoming the chief operating officer of new markets for the social gaming company, as first reported by Social Casino Intelligence. She reports to Zynga executive Barry Cottle, head of business development.

Cottle said, “Maytal Olsha is a fantastic addition to Zynga. She joins our team with a deep understanding and direct experience in getting online gaming product offerings off the ground and directly into the hands of players. She is a strong advocate for integrating social features into real money offerings in order to make them more appealing and interactive for casual audiences. Maytal’s arrival is a win for Zynga and our player network.”

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Progress on fiscal cliff negotiations ... when (not if) the deal is made, a vote will be taken ... Reid will have either as part of negotiated Bill or in conference, the Online Poker legislation ... ZNGA will be above $5 within 30 days from now ... mark this post

      • WASHINGTON — Signaling new movement in "fiscal cliff' talks, House Speaker John Boehner has proposed raising the top rate for earners making more than $1 million, a person familiar with the negotiations said. President Barack Obama, who wants higher top rates for households earning more than $250,000, has not accepted the offer, this person said.

The proposal, however, indicated progress in talks that had appeared stalled. The person would only discuss the plan on the condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the negotiations.

        Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Oops, forgot to convert from GBP to USD's ... actually 888Holdings is trading at $194 above cash ... ZNGA trades at .84 above cash and already has three times the revenue ... next year, ZNGA will be in real money gambling in the UK like 888Holdings ... only ZNGA already has over twice the players playing their games in the UK

      Sentiment: Strong Buy
