Why listen to the Motley Fool? I am the supreme court jester.
The fool in Shakespeare, for all his supposed psychic turmoil, reveals certain inherent truths. He, above all others, can speak his mind directly without fear of retribution. No one else would dare ridicule King Lear. The value of the fool is he does not follow any single ideology, and rejects all appearances. He is not one of the sheep. With a scam stock like ZNGA, there are many facades, and the veils are being removed one by one, all the way from $15- to $2- and change. This is what makes the stock market an interesting pursuit. There is ultimate free price price discovery found in truth, which cannot be avoided over the long haul. This process can often be quite unpleasant, as has been the case with the bull dog. It is not yet complete.
On this subject of court jesters and fools, one can only wait in anticipation for public proclamations from the CEO on February 5. No doubt, Boy Wonder will explicate that prosperity is just around the corner. I prefer those "minor" details like current hard numbers, and I suspect the market will as well. If the market is always forward looking, I would be careful on that point as well. Hype does spring eternal. But you say, "ZNGA will connect the world" and gaming "is central to any culture." Such nonsense is laughable.
