LOL
Article says they have no idea when it was sold and at what price. it was only filed when they dropped below 5%. So why are they still holding onto almost 3 Million shares?
Nice try on the spin.

buy high sell low, the j. p. morgan way.

I hate to agree with someone who names themselves "flock0ff," but there's simply NO WAY this information can be construed as good news for the stock. When one of your underwriters decides you're virtually worthless, that doesn't bode well for your future. It's not the end of the world, but it's certainly not a vote of confidence from a group of people who know a lot more about what's really happening at the company than we do. Having said that, the stock may pop a little during the build up to earnings, but if it does, you'd better sell it at the high before earnings, because it'll drop like a rock after that. Buy the rumor, sell the news applies here.
The market already knew about this news on Friday and rallied on it. Should have shut up and bought.
Gee, you don't think it's as simple as they made money on the short side because they thought online gambling and a move away from Facebook would take longer than the stock reflected (as their downgrade said when ZNGA was at $12) ... now, they are likely buying to make money on the long side as UK gambling is getting ready to launch and they are setting up for a strong move into mobile and mid core gaming .... oh, and then there is the patents ...
Sentiment: Strong Buy

"'nuff said" because you have nothing else to say, dumb biotch.
Succinct, intelligent retort.
That filing is great news for longs Jack0ff. We don't have to worry about J.P dragging the share price down anymore. Furthermore, who do you think bought all those shares? That's right, other institutions that believe in Zynga and Zynga buying back shares at extremely cheap prices. It's all good!
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Way to see the 'bright' side of dismal news. Good for you.
