Because he didn't have any guts... Shorting this stock at this price indicates that you could cross the street... I see the current price reflecting the current announcements... I think the shortterm upside potential is better than the downside (without a market correction). I'm not saying that you aren't right, but I watch the option activity for short term indications of price direction... it seems that when large blocks of options trade on this stock (over 200 on an individual month/strike) that the smart money is the seller... 2 or 3 days ago quite a few june puts sold so be careful and good luck... I'm actively trading this stock for a few bucks one way or another, but I'm holding on to the majority in cash... cause if and when it hits the upper 60's I'm going in heavy... To bad Compton is already gone or you'd have a better chance with the shorts.
