Aetna Inc. Message Board

  • swolcdr swolcdr Feb 25, 2000 9:59 PM Flag

"Alerts" and Message boards were well ahead of
    Internal Communications today.
    Finally then, Mr.
Donaldson set a positive tone with an "All Employees" email
which reminded all of Shakespeare's words "the past is
    a prologue".

    Dick Huber then demonstrated
his care and character with a follow on email which
thanked every employee for their diligence and support
during his five years with Aetna.

    No one knows
better than one on the front lines whether or not to
invest heavily or find a new job. This "Dilbert" staying
put and confident the worst is past.

    The dead
cat will bounce higher than anyone can imagine today.
Long-term and patience all the way from quarter to quarter
    to quarter.

    Not "IMHO" more like "positive".

    • juncture of the game indicates that destructive
forces are at work with one purpose in mind. Competitors
are the only ones that stand to gain by keeping AET
disorganized & demoralize. These are the only ones who love to
see the attacks on AET at this point of the process.
