I had a long conversation with ivestor realtions dept at PB today and after the talk I bought more, at 19.78.....They were very thourough and answered all my questions...They said the deal was NOT in ant trouble....They said the stock decline was just general market conditions....They said the venezualan problems with their warehouses, were actually just one of their 24 warehouses, and that was way overblown....For more on that listen to their conference call......They said they expect the deal, pending reg approval, should close in april-may time period....
