XTEX is about to finish building the Barnett Shale pipeline a 100 million dollar project that will yield cash flow of around 17 million annually. They also just closed the acquisition of a huge package of assets from El Paso. Collectively these two have the ability to push the distribution to the $2.48 area. That is about a 25% growth in the distribution. They also have several other projects on the back burner, namely, the North LIG expansion with Kinder Morgan and perhaps the South LIG expansion dealing with LNG imports. The Barnett Shale line will probably have to add compression in 18 months, a project that will cost around 17 million, but will add 17 million in annual cash flow (yes, a 1x multiple!!!!). I would expect that they will find additional internal expansion projects with the El Paso deal.
