I think everyone who is saying Q2 for distributions to start again are right. They will have their new financing arrangements in place and will be ready to roll, and I am willing to bet the distributions will be at the 2008 level.
It's very unlikely they will start distributions before the current financing package is replaced, and the only time line from management is that they plan on working on that the first half of 2010.
Second, there's no way we return to 2008 distribution levels after selling off chunks of the company. Calculations have been made of the potential dcf and distribution level below. We'll know better how close they are when Q1 numbers for 2010 are available, but don't expect anything glowing with the high interest rate financing presently in place.
In the meantime, temper your expectations. The company is paying buttloads of interest right now, and needs to get the debt down as low as possible before negotiating with potential lenders.
