The company has stated: "The Partnership currently provides services for 3.2 billion cubic feet per day of natural gas, or approximately six percent of marketed U.S. daily production."
For a company providing 6% of the daily consumed natural gas in this country to be selling at this low a level is disheartening to say the least and makes me wonder just what the NASDAQ market makers and traders are doing.
You mentioned the reduction of the float. This should have been taken as a good sign. The cold weather that is enveloping the country should also have had a positive effect.
However, I have not really seen any of the MLPs on the upside today.
I saw some posts on XTXIs board about a hedge fund being split up and having to liquidate it's shares. Take it for what it's worth as I'm too depressed to verify. LOL
As you mentioned, most MLPs are in the red.
One of my holdings ENP has been up the last two days, but it's not really an MLP. It is in NG though. Can't tell you why it's moved up either, I bought that one for the dividend and will probably never sell. Hope I can say the same about XTEX someday.
