    I can't tell if you're asking a question or not.

    Nevertheless, if you look at the company's web page,, it will quickly become apparent that XTEX is a gathering and processing company. They do not do any exploration and their marketing of crude is a small part of their business.
    Since they don't buy and sell crude oil, they have little exposure to that market. Most of their exposure comes from pipeline transmission fees. They are paid by volume in that business, not by value transmitted. They are also in the NGL business, but that again is not exposure to crude oil. Please review the information on their web page for details of their businesses.
