The guidance seems to be excellent. “Distributable cash flow to support distributions in the range of $1.36 to $1.46 per unit for 2013 and could pay dividends in the range of $0.53 to $0.63 per share for 2013.” Thus total distributions would be in the range $1.36 + $0.53 = $1.89 and high end $1.46 + $0.63 = $2.09. At the closing price of $14.65 the rate at the low end is 12.9% and high end 14.3%. Am I missing something as I think at $14.65 this stock is a screaming buy. Comments?
I am confused, are you combining the distribution for XTEX and dividend for XTXI and applying that number to XTEX only to get your yield. If so, you may not understand that the distribution applies to XTEX and dividend applies to XTXI. They are two different companies.
