I read your link to "Florida Protects LPS" and though it's very intriging, it has no basis to it. First off, the writer (Stefan Kamph) is just a newbie kid itching for a story to make some cash. Secondly, these two women (who BTW have absolutely no idea what the law says) are also just itching at fame. So, here's the true, legal side of this. Bottom line: Robo-signing IS legal. (That's the law). Secondly, this Linda Green (who did exist at Doc-X was fired by LPS within 2 months (2008)of LPS becoming a company. And ALL the remaining/following signatures from a L.G. came from companies other than LPS. (i.e. tons of little/midsize cos. used L.G.'s signature as a (FRAUDULENT) proxy. Why don't you understand that? That's why they don't have a case against LPS and never will. Go long LPS and have a good life!
