This used to be a $16 stock. Look three years back and see how much price erosion has taken from shareholders. The bottom might be around 6 assuming of course they dont reduce dividends.
I don't see $6 as long as Divi remains at current levels. $6 = 12.5% $7 = 10.7% $8 = 9.4%The $7.5 - $8 level seems to have been the base for a the past 2 years with the exception of the Q4 2010 run up. I think we will remain between $7.75 an $8.25 until we see better or worse quarters.
The stock of course, could go lower, or it could go higher.Dividend unlikely to go lower (barring another acquisition, or a plague of locusts in the service areas, as a tsunami is unlikely). Dividend also unlikely to go higher until FTR pays down debt. HOWEVER, net EPS and shareholder will rise as debt (interest expense) is retired .....I'll take a double on my money in 8 years off the dividend, assuming just that appreciation will match inflation and not do any better than that.....
Don't see that. Bottom $7.00 at worst. Lots of stocks were cut in half, and worse, from 2008.
