I would think that these general managers will start to spin the numbers so they can keep their jobs after all its psst the one year market and they have to show improvement. The old lead or leave thinking. Now if they can get more little articles in the papers like this then the hopes of higher numbers may be picked up by some financial paper. Which could result in a bump up of the stock prior to earnings. So just sitting back hoping for more upward movement than downward pressures. Just following the ebb and flow of FTR
No, I think we have to see around 8.80. They made some real money from 9.65. to 7.80. If we get a 50-75 cent move the we are talking about 10 percent. We know that the short interest went up and the only thing to slow it down are some good news. We are getting close to the quarterly report Tuesday so one would not expect any FTR breaking news. Right know a rising tide raise all boats. FTR has not move in the first days of this market move. I would think we should be around 8.50. I see no short squeeze. Just a beta move.
